Unbroken Women was founded by Suzan Campbell, a compassionate visionary driven by her personal journey and a desire to make a difference in the lives of homeless women. Suzan's story began when she arrived in the USA from Jamaica as a foreigner, facing the daunting challenge of finding a place to stay. She experienced firsthand how dependence on the kindness of others can sometimes erode one's sense of dignity and self-worth. It was during this period that Suzan made a promise to herself: to remember the feeling of being homeless and to channel her passion into helping others who find themselves in similar circumstances.
Suzan firmly believes that the stereotype that homeless individuals don't want to work is far from the truth. Her passion for the cause stems from her own experience, a deep empathy for those without stable homes, and a profound commitment to restoring their dignity.
Unbroken Women, currently based in Miami, Florida, is a reflection of Suzan's unwavering determination to provide support to homeless women who often face unique challenges, including a lack of access to feminine hygiene products and other essential needs. Her vision extends beyond borders, with the ultimate goal of taking this nonprofit internationally, back to her homeland of Jamaica and opening up shelters.

She envisions a future where Unbroken Women can provide non-perishable foods, warm blankets, and care packages tailored to meet the essential needs of homeless women, including feminine hygiene products.
